Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of 75: Better Her (the “App”), operated by SP SWE SERVICES LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms do not remove rights you have under consumer law that cannot legally be excluded.

What the App provides

75: Better Her is a 75-day women’s challenge with daily tasks, progress tracking, optional proof photos, and friend features. Features may change as we improve the App, address safety issues, or respond to platform requirements.

Age and eligibility

You must be at least 13 and meet the minimum age required to use an online service where you live. If local law requires permission from a parent or guardian, you must have it. Do not use the App if you are not legally able to agree to these Terms.

Accounts and responsible use

• Provide information that is accurate enough for us to operate your account and support requests.
• Keep your sign-in details and device access private, and tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account.
• Use the App only for lawful, personal purposes and in a way that does not interfere with another person’s use.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape private areas, reverse engineer the App, or introduce malicious code.

No medical advice

The challenge and its content are for general motivation, reflection, and lifestyle support. They are not medical, psychological, nutritional, fitness, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Do not use the App to diagnose or treat a health condition or to make an urgent safety decision.

Your content

You keep ownership of photos, profile details, posts, and other content you submit (“Your Content”). You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, display, and process Your Content only as needed to provide the App features you request, operate moderation and safety systems, provide support, and meet legal obligations.

Proof photos are private by default. When you choose to share content with friends, you are responsible for checking the audience and for having the rights and permissions needed to share it. Do not upload another person’s private or sensitive content without permission.

Community standards and moderation

Do not use the App to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, impersonate, or target another person.
• Share unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or privacy-invasive content.
• Upload content that infringes another person’s intellectual property, image rights, or other rights.
• Evade a block, manipulate reports, or misuse friend features.

You can report content or block an account in the App. We may remove content, limit visibility, suspend features, or close accounts when we reasonably believe these Terms, our safety rules, or applicable law has been breached. We may also act to protect users or the App before an investigation is complete.

Subscriptions

Some App features require an auto-renewing subscription. The subscription period, current price, currency, and any trial or promotional terms are shown by Apple before you confirm the purchase. Unless you cancel, the subscription renews automatically for the period shown. Apple may charge your Apple Account before the current period ends, in line with Apple’s terms.

Apple, not us, processes the payment, controls the App Store transaction, and decides refund requests. We receive the subscription status needed to provide access. You must use the Apple Account that made the purchase to restore access.

Cancellation and refunds

Manage or cancel a subscription in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → 75: Better Her. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends to avoid the next renewal. Deleting the App or your account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.

For a refund, contact Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple’s refund policies and decisions apply.

Intellectual property

The App, its software, design, text, branding, and materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable law. Except for the limited right to use the App under these Terms, no ownership or other licence is transferred to you.

Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the App useful and available, but features may be unavailable, delayed, or changed because of maintenance, network conditions, device settings, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control. We do not promise that every task, reminder, upload, or social feature will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for decisions you make based solely on challenge content, or for content submitted by other users.

Account deletion and termination

You can delete your account from Settings in the App. We may retain limited information where needed for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, safety, or dispute-resolution purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy. If your account is closed for a serious or repeated breach, you must not create another account to evade that action.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the App, law, or platform requirements change. We will publish the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice where required. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights or rights to bring a claim in another court that apply where you live.
