Privacy Policy

Who we are and what this policy covers
SP SWE SERVICES LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is the controller of personal data described in this policy. It applies when you use 75: Better Her (the “App”) or contact us about it.
The App is a 75-day challenge with daily tasks, private-by-default proof photos, subscriptions, and friend features. We collect only the information needed to provide, protect, measure, and support those features.
Information we process
Account and profile
We process the identifiers and sign-in details needed to authenticate you. You may add a name, username, profile photo, or other profile details.
Challenge activity
We process your selected challenge, start date, tasks, completion status, progress, streaks, goals, responses, and preferences. Fitness or wellbeing entries are information you enter in the App; the App does not claim to read Apple Health data.
Proof photos and other content
If you choose to capture or upload a proof photo, we process the photo and its challenge context. Proof photos are private by default and are shared only when you use an in-App sharing control.
Friends and safety controls
If you use friend features, we process connection requests, accepted connections, the profile or content you choose to share, and reports or blocks you submit. The App provides in-App report and block controls. We may restrict content or accounts when needed to enforce our rules, protect users, or comply with law.
Purchases
Apple processes App Store payments and refunds. We and RevenueCat receive purchase identifiers and entitlement status so the App can provide and restore subscription access. We do not receive your full payment card number.
Support
If you contact us, we process your contact details, message, and troubleshooting information such as device, iOS, and App version. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, or private proof photos unless we request a specific diagnostic file.
Analytics and attribution
We use limited measurement to understand whether the App works, how features are used, and which marketing source led to an install:
- PostHog EU: limited product events. Session replay, autocapture, and person profiles are disabled. Event properties are designed not to include your name, email, free text, or photo URLs.
- AppsFlyer Strict SDK: install and session attribution. The App uses the Strict SDK configuration and is designed not to access IDFA.
- Meta SDK: App activation and a limited set of registration, paywall-view, and checkout-started events. Automatic event logging and advertiser-ID collection are disabled. A Meta anonymous identifier may be associated with RevenueCat purchase attribution.
AppsFlyer Strict measurement does not use IDFA and remains available without tracking permission. Direct Meta advertising measurement remains off unless you choose to continue from the App’s tracking explanation and iOS reports that App Tracking Transparency permission is authorised. Choosing Not Now or denying permission keeps direct Meta measurement off.
Why we use information
- To perform our contract: create and secure your account; save challenge progress; provide proof, friend, and subscription features; and respond to support requests.
- For our legitimate interests: keep the service secure, prevent misuse, diagnose faults, improve the product, and measure product and marketing performance in a proportionate way. You may object to this processing.
- With your consent: use optional photos, notifications, device permissions, or tracking permission where consent is required. You can withdraw a device permission in iOS Settings without affecting earlier lawful processing.
- For legal obligations and claims: keep records or disclose information where law requires it, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Daily reminders are scheduled locally by iOS. You can change notification permissions in iOS Settings.
Who receives information
- Supabase: authentication, database, and private file storage.
- Apple: Sign in with Apple, App Store billing, subscription transactions, and refund decisions.
- RevenueCat: purchase and entitlement processing and related attribution identifiers.
- PostHog EU, AppsFlyer, and Meta: the limited analytics and attribution processing described above.
- Hosting, security, email, and support providers: only where needed to operate or support the service.
- Authorities or other recipients: where required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security, or imminent harm.
We do not sell your account information or private proof photos. Content you deliberately share can be seen by the audience shown by the relevant in-App control.
Retention and deletion
We keep account, challenge, proof, and friend data while your account is active and the information is needed to provide the relevant feature. Content you delete is removed from active product use. Support records are kept until the request is resolved and only as long afterwards as needed for security, disputes, or legal records. Reports and blocks may be retained while needed to protect users, investigate misuse, prevent evasion, or establish legal claims. Measurement-data retention varies by data type and provider and is limited to what is needed for product analytics, attribution, security, legal obligations, or claims, subject to provider deletion and protected-backup cycles.
In the App, open Settings and choose Delete Account. This starts deletion of the account and associated personal data from active service systems. Deletion begins immediately, but completion by processors and expiry of protected backups can take additional time. The App will show the request status or confirmation. We retain only information that remains necessary for fraud prevention, safety, accounting, legal obligations, or claims, and delete or anonymise it when that reason ends.
If you cannot access the App, email privacy@aichemyapp.com from the account email address. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage that separately in your Apple Account subscription settings.
International transfers
Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where a transfer requires a safeguard, we rely on an applicable adequacy regulation or approved contractual safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an approved addendum to standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about the safeguard relevant to your data.
Your UK data protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us to access, correct, erase, restrict, or provide a portable copy of your personal data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. You also have the right not to be subject to a solely automated decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects; the App does not make such decisions.
Email privacy@aichemyapp.com to exercise a right. We may verify your identity. We respond without undue delay and normally within one month. If law permits more time, we will tell you why and when to expect our response. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or to your local data protection authority if you live elsewhere.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13. You must also meet the minimum age required to consent to an online service where you live, or use the App with any consent required from a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided personal data contrary to this section, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the App, providers, or law changes. We will post the revised policy here, update the date above, and provide additional notice where required.
